    Needed to use my 4 potatoes and tried this recipe but just reduced the ingredients. Very good. Also, used cheddar since I didn’t have parmesan. Will make again.

    They were very good but waaaay too salty. I think I would put very little or even no salt next time as the cheese is salty enough.
